The Importance of Honest Conversations

I care about people's potential, a heck of a lot, which allows me to have very honest conversations. When you truly love and care about someone, if there's something that you think you can help them with... You're going to tell them pretty quickly. I used to be really scared to have those conversations. One of the biggest leanings of me has been a defect in my character. Is because I've never felt like of, you know, quite good enough or didn't fit in was something that was in me. Of, you know,. hitting unconscious goal of leaving spaces with people I've been in. Everybody liking me.
