The Psychology and Biology of Failure

The age of the most successful entrepreneurs tends not to be 25, but in fact, 45. And a big reason for that is they've lived life and you gain wisdom from those experiences of failure. So I think it's really important to remember that failure has a place on that upward curve. But if you don't feel like you're gaining wisdom in the moment, then okay, forget it. Let the wisdom come on the other side.
