China doesn't have any other opportunity than to go to the global south, says Andrew Keen. But there's a lot of scepticism across europe about how dependent they want to be on russia or China for resources and investment. So i think chinese are focused on the clobal south, while we're not - but at the same time, china doesn't come with strings attached.
