The Importance of Owner's Reps
An owner's rep is the way that we approach it at Whiteside Management. We feel that an owner needs to have, you know, an advocate who really is only purely aligned with what their goals and priorities are. Another way to look at it is using a music analogy: If you were an orchestra, then in a sense, we act sort of as the conductor.
