The Future of the Learning Period
FAA currently regulates to protect the safety of the uninvolved public. The only thing that would expire, potentially in October, is how we treat the people within the capsule or within the vehicle itself. Industry is pushing hard to have it extended. We have not learned enough. It will be up to Congress.
