There are studies like this too. And they observe, like, large groups of people and see whether people that play violent games are more likely to be aggressive. But with these studies, you can only show a correlation, not a causation, and that's really important. So you can't say that people are aggressive because they play these games. More aggressive people might just prefer more violent games. Even there, there could be another factor that's driving both of those things.
