How Do You Measure Colleague Engagement?

How do you measure the more aligned satisfaction? Any suggestions on that? Yeah. Usually there is an existing HR colleague engagement survey, which is running. So it's usually pretty easy because it already exists and start with that. We also have our own colleague ways of working survey. And what I found to work well is we ask the same questions every single time.
