We talked a lot about resisted training last time, so it w'll be interesting to explore the other side of the coin briefly. What's your thoughts and how you apply what we would call over speed type training to oveners? We use about six or seven k g for pulling force. But then we look also at the resistance of the foot when it hits the ground. And typically, if we're over forty, then that means we're going too fast,. Or they're not technically running well.
