I've Had Some Tough Times in the Past, and I'm Not Sure Why I Need to Get Professional Help
Most people get hung up on the past and don't allow themselves to move forward. The exception is if you've had severe levels of troma, which sometimes needs to be explored a lot deeper before you can move forward. There's going to be times when you need to just sit with how you're feeling,. But i've found that the combination of these three things has been ken. It's like a triangle. Working on your psychology. So working on those foults and your thoughts and pittures in your head. That's what your thoughts are. Psychology. O your thoughts, consciously and subconsciously, whilst taking action and activity and looking at yourself awareness.
