UX Researcher - How Did You Become a Journalist?

Having lived in so many different places has allowed you to have a more holistic, well rounded perspective as a UX researcher. You mentioned earlier that you worked in Qatar as a journalist. How did you go from that to being a UX researcher here in the States? Totally. I think one, it made me realize that I didn't want to be a journalist actually. It really helped me think about kind of like a fearlessness and an openness in terms of my work.
