The Importance of Self Awareness
Until probably the last three or four years I was so resistant to being the girl with OCD. And it took kind of being humbled by my mother in law is death and the trap know that got sent through my family to kind of gain that sense of self awareness and self compassion. Now I know that if my hips hurting, like something is up and I'm either doing too much or I'm subconsciously stressed about something,. It's just that level of awareness. So my hip hurts, I'm getting super OCD. Like we gotta pause, take stock, and figure out what we need to adjust.
