Are Men Able to Respond to That Light Enlightenment in Truth?
If you paint it like the sinner is just out on an island by himself, he would never choose to follow god. By the way, ou natural inclination is rebellion. And because of that, will not, in any sense, choose to following god. Now what? Choose to follow god, or choose to respond to a god calling them to reconciliation? The calvinist ultimately has to say, no, they aren't able to respond, but they're still mysteriously held culpable for their response anyway. That's just something that we don't find established in the bible.
