My Father's Skitzophrenia
My father had skitzophrenia, as did my great uncle. In both their cases it led to suicide. I tried to get him help, but he refused to take any medication. He wasn't dangerous, so i couldn't have him committed. And sure enough, the day came when he wouldn't answer the knocks at his study door. The walls were covered in fractile drawings.
