Specificity in Strength and Conditioning

A lot of strength and conditioning coaches try to make every exercise the specificity exercise or they try to just become too focused on this motor ability. And then they end up in this whirlwind of a four year time period that they have an athlete that they. I don't think they get as optimally as strong as they could be. You know, all anyone ever does is their competition lifting their exact same manner... career longevity has gone down.
