I think that the challenge is that people don't have a mental model around what the capabilities of a real-time application or real-time stream processing system are. What you're talking about with the user on an app is very much like to me, the operational side of the system. You could already get the dashboard back in Uber's office, does that need to reflect reality up to that level? But my sense is that the use cases are increasingly always, I checked in for my flight to come to this conference and then 20 minutes later, I got a text notification that I wasn't checked in. And so if the consumers are machine, why on earth would you wait to provide it
