SEBI's New ESM Guidelines Hurt Small Companies
Mercury EV Tech took BSE to the Securities Appellate Tribunal. It was staring into the abyss of being an ESM stock. But it looks like SEBI's already backing off a little. Just a couple of days ago they said that companies under ESM would also be allowed to trade daily, not just on a weekly basis.
