How to Find the Right Customers for Discovery
Liz Heinberg asked for tips around sourcing the right customers for discovery. For us at Airbide I think like we had two pretty clear and distinct groups of users one was on our community side who were using our open source free sort of offering and then we had folks who were on the paid cloud SaaS based offering. We didn't want to over complicate it and I also honestly believe that there's very strong value in continuous discovery. It will help build an intuition around that particular target for a future state.
