Is the Tea Cast System a New Thing?
Investigators looked into the regulations made by the international civil aviation organization in regard to the tea cast system. They found that the regulations were also not clear, and in some cases, contradictory as to whether or not the ta cast resolution adviser had the highest authority. National aviation authorities based their regulations off of the International Civil Aviation Organization regulations. So this resulted in no clear, unified, global understanding as to how the te cast resolution adviser should be handled.
