The Challenges of National Research Education Networks

One of my former PhD students who's now working at the University of Bombay in memory, no sorry, University of memory. I'm a student PhD across so called in rent. So these are national research education networks. And it's possible then to share in regions say in Central Asia or among European countries also courses digitally. That's very exciting.
