How to Improve Bone Fragility

It's surprising when you teach people how to do an exercise correctly. You, I had some 75, eight year old guys that had never done weight training in that whole life. And they were deadlifting, say 50, 60 kilos by the end of their training program. So if you educate them about why they're doing what they're doing and how to do it correctly, they're very receptive. It's really quite amazing.
