The Importance of Fertility Awareness
There is a defined period of time in the cycle where unprotected sex would not be permissible based on fertility awareness rules. For some women, this is completely acceptable. Once you have tried it for long enough to use that last infertile day calculation based on your own cycle, that 13 day average could go down to nine to 10 days. But if we're talking about the method that was outlined in the study, that is what we're looking at.
