In 19 32, in his first inaugural address, franklin d roosevelt famelessly said, the only thing we have to fear is fear itself. Fear's an illusion, one you make up in your mind. The act of making a phone call or standing in front of a group of people and making a speech are not the cause of fear. It is the anticipation of fear kicking in your ancient mind's grand illusion. While danger is real, fear is a choice.
