Is Your Brain Reactive?
Our brain is an amazing organ, but it's also known for being quite faulty at times. And that's what happens in our brain. It gets reactive. Oh, i'm feeling this emotion. I don't like that. And boom, i men to go do something unskilful without even thinking about it. So practising acceptance or the ota loop could be a good way of helping us make better decisions.
