How to Measure Productivity in Remote Work Environments
productivity is vital because without it, the company doesn't survive and employees all lose their jobs. It's good to have a system of performance tracking but you can think in terms of performance appraisal as having multiple purposes. As people have success, success tends to be motivational. So if you get these sets of skills and you prove yourself, then you're eligible to move up or move into this other role that maybe you like better. And so that's very motivational for people.
