Is It an Alargy or a Sensitivity?
Most of my food ishes were not alargies, right? What that means is that an, i think this is common. People are on sonstrum how well they do well with plants in general. And for me, there's a very wide spectrum. So like, you know, grains and beans are harder on the gut than fruits and vegetables. But what i do, what i can handle, is fruits, nut seeds, whereas i couldn't, i could barely handle that before.
