Introduction

Inesa: I grew my business with a very lean team, and i still do. But i did do some hiring recently that made a massive difference to our business,. So i wanted to share that as well. Inesa: One of my big ahas was that being called bossy as a kid, as a teen agear, absolutely made me wary about hiring a team. And i definitely see this terms of people growing a team. They just feel like they don't wan to be the boss.
