Regulatory Complexity Is a Factor
The Princess Elizabeth Island is again something which is a key piece of the energy transition. It will be the first artificial island that is built for that purpose. The one thing that it does is it brings on shore 3.5 gigawatt offshore wind that is in the Princess Elizabeth zone. And there already we see that the island solution is a more cost effective solution and a more reliable solution than a multi platform solution.
