What's Happening in Some Red States in the Anti-Abortion Movement?

There's been an argument in some corners of the anti-abortion movement for a while that this needs to go with abortion bans. The one that has been really low hanging fruit in terms of policy is expanding Medicaid coverage for women who have had babies from 60 days postpartum to a full year. Some states like Mississippi held out because they're just very opposed to expanding Medicaid in any form. And now it has passed both houses of the legislature, and I don't know if the governor signed it, but it seems imminent if he hasn't.
