The Power of Oncotype DX

The oncotype DX test could tell whether a newly diagnosed breast cancer patient had a high likelihood of a recurrence after having it surgically removed. If the score is above 26, you know what the likelihood is of benefiting from chemotherapy. And some of these small stage one or two term tumors, they look not that aggressive but if you appear into the genetic activity within those tumors, they are going to become really bad actors and so those patients benefit from chemotherapy.
