Vibe Israel is promoting Israel of course as a vegan nation. CEO of Bipe Israel, Joanna Landown is on the board of directors for Brand Israel. There is no question at this stage that it is being exploited and it is being promoted in much the same way that gay rights was,. This is why we're hearing about things like, oh, the Israeli military is vegan friendly  and you know, we see them vegan meals and vegan brie is vegan leather boots or blah blah blah. It's not to say that there is not a real vegan movement in Israel, but there is no question...
