Transition Management - What's the New Manager Walking Into?

Back in the day, transition was often a geographic move that today could even be international. And so helping manage that transition of family and job may be going to a first time ever job. We know there are all kinds of significant costs of somebody having what I'll say is more than a hiccup during their transition and integration into a new leadership role. You don't get either of those support processes because you don't get an executive coach for middle management.
