The Structure of Injustice
It is useful to be able to look at a large-scale social disparity and thanks to our understandings of emergent social orders, not commit the intentionalist fallacy. My late former colleague, Iris Marion Young, did a great deal to introduce the idea of structural injustice into academic political theory and political philosophy. And while there are elements of her account of structural injustice that classical liberals are in my view, rightly going to reject because they derive from things that she had learned from Marxism That I think are not right.
