How do you overcome a sceptical cfo in a mid sized corporate who wants to stick to traditional sales? Um, you can go like, two directions here, but it's probablyn end up in the same direction anyway. I love talking to s c f os, because when they're presented with raw data, they get it. They're very logical people. And then all i do is i analyze the three point two million dollars that they spent on marketing last year, on programmes spend. and measure it against qualified pipe line for their sales team and revenue. When i do want to e want we call revenue performance assessment.
