I don't think they're ready by 20 24. They'r whole boas i think e tcated in living off the space station for like, five or six years before they separate. And what if roy were given a billion dollars to replace what zvesda does for us to day? Would they take that? T would take hem a long time. I just think there's space for the same reasoning that led us to commercial crew - we shouldn't be beholden this way. We should have our own capability.
