The Importance of Mentors in Career Transition

I was really passionate about climate change. And, you know, was researching personally about different climate solutions and nuclear came up. So it's really interesting to hear that that was kind of the spark was your own interest in my own motivation. But that keeping that in mind with that history and that background. As you made that transition, I'm a young person in the field just starting my career in the industry. Were there any pivotal key figures or mentors in your schooling that really helped you with that transition?
