I think it's always just kind of been innately in me. I would own having feelings or being vulnerable was kind of not a strain. Like, why am I feeling this? Why am I crying? You know, so I would always like put up this strong front. And I think it really affected me because when I bottle up emotions,. It comes out in weird ways, you know, totally. Do you see a therapist now? I don't actually, but I'm actually looking to see one now. My own therapy has been just journaling. Hence why I wrote this book.
