The Revaluation of All Values
For Nietzsche, that means good and evil. His understanding of the flux of becoming is that there simply is no being. And so what he has in mind with this revaluation of all values is that now man is free. Now man has a kind of freedom that he's never known before. What that freedom consists in is assigning new meaning to these things, good andevil. That's going to be his project for mankind going forward. As it arises in Zara Thustre, it's going tobe this overman who is that is the new good going forward.
