Employees should be one of your most essential stakeholder groups. If they don't feel valued, then that feeling will translate into the experiences and content created by employees. With COVID, this was going to get difficult because people wouldn't meet personally on the coffee machine or in the office standing together on the whiteboard. So that was really difficult and we had to kind of work around this and try things out. And now we are slightly coming back to the office but we observed that the situation changed dramatically.
