How Do You Know Who You Are?

John Smith: I think a lot of folks might have a knee-jerk reaction to some of this. And so I thought it'd be good to kind of just sort of talk through that a little bit. What we really are is the aliveness of everything, right? It's only in many ways our conceptions, the framework we bring to it that limits our ability to experience that. So what I would suggest to people is just by beginning to entertain these notions, broaden your understanding of not just what reality is, but who you are.
