Bitcoin

I was a conventional tradfi geek. And so naturally, I was quite cynical when something like Bitcoin came on the scene as a financial history scholar. It seemed to me quite naive, the idea that Bitcoin could sort of take over the kind of conventional traditional system. Even though we'd been through 2008, and I was not for the conventional banking system, I think Alfavel's consent sort of position was we just critical of everybody. We weren't cheerleading one and then and being anti-Bitcoin.
