The Emerging Church

The first thing I ever bumped into that sort of looked or smelled or felt like what the current, you know, deconstruction movement is like today was at the time that we use the term the emerging church. And so things like Brian McLaren or Spencer Burke, the ooze, which is a website I used to write for. And there were a whole bunch of men. There were so many other little websites at the timeThat popped up. But they didn't use the term deconstruction. Again, they used the word emerging church,. but that term was essentially just another way of expressing a trend of people from within the evangelical fundamentalist Christian or mainline Christian movement in America.
