Most patients will get an acrystiogram at least. Almost all of our patients also get some kind of cardiac stress testing usually a nuclear stress test. If patients are smokers, we'll do PFTs and then if they fall into the category of needing low dose chest CT cancer screening as well. A whole committing meets before someone gets added to like the list and is not just a transponderphrologist.
