Mortgage rates have won up more than they have. There are going to be decisions made by the current administration because of the midter. So that could bode well for a real state investors. We decided just ta not. refinance recently, and rates areye, i mean, they were five %. That's why mortgage applications are weighed out yecause we were going to, to, you know, pull some cash out. But at five %, the cash load didn't make now.
