Carnivore Diets and Glycene Deficiency
Most people in the population do tend to run a pretty significant glycene deficiency. The more fat you have in the diet and the more colaginous tissue you have, the more you need to really think about the nutrient density of your animal foods. But if you just take a base line of steak and then you displace half of it with fat and colaginous tissues, you might actually wind up contributing to some nutrient deficiencies because of the good thing you did,. Right? Yes, you do want to put that nos tissue in. It's just if you're only otherwise eating steak, then now you have to rethink your steak even more because of the other vitamens and minerals.
