Terence Moore: I really enjoy reading the literature around motivation and what really motivates people. One of the things that concerns me about your question is around this, it's a subtle phrase. As a leader, i'd invite you to consider, is it really in their best interest to co operate with you? He says if we're feeling a little bit especially leading people who are older than you, that can bring out some of our insecurities or feelings of inadequacy.
