The Hot Mash Beer vs. The Cold Bash Beer
The hot mash beer actually tasted like what I would consider a commercial non alcoholic beer to taste like. The cold bash beer just tasted like a light like, you know, an American light logger with no alcohol in it. It was kind of watery and thinner bodied. But again, both tasted fine, right? Both tasted good. They just were different. And the hot mash was what I was going for in this case. So hence my preference.
