NLRB Complaint Issued in Washington State Supreme Court
The union filed a complaint with the NLRB alleging their employer, that is Glacier, had engaged in a campaign to punish union members for protected conduct. In the lower court proceedings, actually the Washington State Supreme Court held that the suit couldn't proceed as of now without a determination by the federal agency. Under the state Supreme Court decision, the NLRB issued a complaint, but deferred resolution of it until 2023.
