China's Persuasion Tactics Aren't Taking Place Outside of the Host Country's Legal System

CNN's John Defterios says China is using "persuasion tactics" to get back at its critics. He says they are occurring outside of the host country's legal system. This could be seen as a breach of law, he says; people targeted not getting judicial safeguards. Defterios: It sounds like we're dunking on the problem, and it is a big problem.
