The Saudis and the Houthis in Yemen
The Houthis are the de facto government of Yemen. They control at least 70% of the country, including the capital and they've been done so for about eight years to make a deal with them. The Saudis have at least certain faction in the Saudis tend to think that they would be their interests would be better suited to sign a deal with the Houthis. And there are those in the US, including super hawkish Brett McGurk, even the UN, who say he's pursuing peace.
