As far as we know, they were associates rather than friends. He did visit Yoko after Lennon was killed in her house - which shows that they had a closest relationship. But he got off the bus before Paul's house and no one recognised him. So perhaps he was like, okay, I've been rumbled. I'll get a cab back to the venue. That would have been funny. Although, you wouldn't be able to concentrate on visiting the John Lennon house. You'd be like, I'm with Bob Dylan,. which one do I look at? Exactly. What do I, I'm overload, overload.
